Shipping Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Our customer care ensures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you by the logistics partner.

DELIVERY CHARGES
No questions asked for returns, additional 5% off and Free shipping for all pre-paid orders.

Shipping charges Rs. 100/- will be applicable on all COD orders.

Additional shipping charges will be applicable for delivery to all special zones orders as J&K, Kerala & North Eastern Region (NER)- Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura.

DELIVERY TIME
This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver orders within 4 to 6 Business days (excludes public holidays).

PAYMENT MODE
You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD), Online through Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, Rupay Debit/Credit cards, UPI, IMPS. However, additional Rs. 100/- logistics charges will apply for all COD orders.

CASH ON DELIVERY
Is available for most orders. - This option may not be available in delivery areas where our logistics partner is unable to service this facility. Please enter the Pin-code in the address page to check the availability of this facility. Delivery of the order will be attempted thrice to the shipping address. On exceeding the limit, cash on delivery (COD) option will be deactivated and only prepaid payment will be accepted for further orders.
